  1. The Company was promoted by Valecha Brothers as a entrepreneurial concern in 1957 in the name and style of ‘Gopaldas Vasudev & Co’. The journey for our firm started with small Road projects for the BMC with a subsequent entry into the field of irrigation projects like Dams in 1977 and Bridges in 1980.


  2. Over the years the company grew in size and stature with time and was then converted into a Public Limited Co rechristened as “VALECHA ENGINEERING LIMITED.” in the year 1993. The years 1997 and 1998 saw the Valecha Engineering enter into the foray for Airports, Flyovers and Foundation Piling works..


  3. Under the leadership of Mr. Jagdish K. Valecha, Ex.Managing Director and our dynamic team, Valecha Engineering is a leading player in the construction industry having a group turnover of Rs.30000 millions. The company today boasts as being one of the few construction companies that has achieved the accreditation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 and positioned itself as a globally accepted construction and infrastructure company.
